This 1998 vintage Butz Choquin pipe has a beautiful "brandy" shape appreciated by pipe smokers for its round bowl for a pleasant grip, its round stem and its half-curvature.
Needless to say, this briar will have dried for 26 years ....
The top of the bowl is left smooth and natural, providing a nice contrast with the dark side of the bowl.
The finish of this pipe is very lightly sanded and harmonises perfectly with the amber-coloured pipe with orange-red highlights.
There's no coating in the tobacco chamber, so you'll get a better feel for the briar from the very first smoke. As always, don't let the pipe overheat during this crucial phase if you want to get the best out of your briar.
With Fumerchic the pipe you see (video) is the pipe you receive!
